Pistol Parts
Para does not recommend break down further than general field stripping. The customer understands that all parts purchased must be fitted and installed by a competent gunsmith to ensure proper fit and function. Further Para does not cover work performed by aftermarket gunsmiths. It is the purchaser's total responsibility to make absolutely certain that any parts fitted and installed are of the correct type and the work is performed by a competent and knowledgeable person/gunsmith. Para-Ordnance / Para USA, LLC. will not be responsible for any unauthorized alterations performed, unauthorized attachments fitted or unauthorized parts used on their products.Returns Policy
The PARA Pro Shop wants you satisfied with your purchase. You may return any unused, unmodified or uninstalled product, (with the exception of the PARA Tactical Target Rifle Kit, Refurbished Pistols, Frame Kits and the PARA Slide kits).from the PARA Pro Shop in its original packaging within 30 days of our shipping it to you for Exchange or Credit or a Refund. ALL returns require a return authorization number and a completed Merchandise return form to be filled out. To get a return authorization please see below.
PARA Tactical Target Rifle Kits, and PARA Long Slide Pistol Kits require installation and fitting by a gunsmith to your lower receiver and the kits require the use of clean, dry, original, high quality factory made ammunition designed for use in semi-automatic rifles and pistols. The parts and components of the kits will be adjusted or repaired due to some defects in materials or workmanship to the original purchaser. Any parts or components modified cannot be returned.
Refurbished Pistols cannot be refunded or exchanged. As refurbished pistols are considered used they are not covered by our Limited Lifetime Service Policy. However, we will offer a 90 day Service Policy to the purchaser which starts 3 days after the shipping date (This allows for shipping and transfer time). All Refurbished pistols have been thoroughly examined and tested for proper function. Should you have an issue please contact our service department.
PARA Frame kits are made to be custom fitted by a competant gunsmith and are not covered by the Limited Lifetime Service Policy. No returns or exchanges will be processed for frame kits that have been installed, attempted to be installed or modified in any way.
We can only refund purchases made with a credit card to the credit card used for the purchase.
