Pistol Parts
Para does not recommend break down further than general field stripping. The customer understands that all parts purchased must be fitted and installed by a competent gunsmith to ensure proper fit and function. Further Para does not cover work performed by aftermarket gunsmiths. It is the purchaser's total responsibility to make absolutely certain that any parts fitted and installed are of the correct type and the work is performed by a competent and knowledgeable person/gunsmith. Para USA, Inc. / Para USA, LLC. / ParaProShop.com will not be responsible for any unauthorized alterations performed, unauthorized attachments fitted or unauthorized parts used on their products.
ITAR Terms.
Purchaser hereby acknowledges and agrees to fully comply with all provisions of the ITARs (including obtaining any export licenses that they may be require prior to shipment to a foreign purchaser or other party). These agency requirements apply to the ultimate disposition or export of any product purchased from Para USA, Inc. / Para USA, LLC. / ParaProShop.com as well as any products assembled, manufactured or otherwise produced by purchaser that incorporate or utilize products purchased from Para USA, Inc. / Para USA, LLC. / ParaProShop.com Purchaser's failure to comply with these requirements will result in the termination of any further sales to it by Para USA, Inc. / Para USA, LLC. / ParaProShop.com.
Returns Policy
The PARA Pro Shop wants you satisfied with your purchase. You may return any unused, unmodified or uninstalled product from the PARA Pro Shop in its original packaging within 30 days of our shipping it to you for Exchange or Credit or a Refund with a return authorization. If the product, doesn't fit or is somehow defective you may return it for Exchange or Credit or a Refund with a return authorization (with the exception of the PARA Tactical Target Rifle Kit, Refurbished Firearms and the PARA Slide kits).
PARA Tactical Target Rifle Kits, and PARA Long Slide Pistol Kits require installation and fitting by a gunsmith to your lower receiver and the kits require the use of clean, dry, original, high quality factory made ammunition designed for use in semi-automatic rifles and pistols. The parts and components of the kits and/or firearms will be adjusted or repaired due to some defects in materials or workmanship to the original purchaser. Any parts or components modified cannot be returned.
Refurbished firearms cannot be refunded or exchanged. As refurbished pistols are considered used they are not covered by our Limited Lifetime Service Policy. However, we will offer a 90 day Service Policy to the purchaser which starts 3 days after the shipping date (This allows for shipping and transfer time). All Refurbished pistols have been thoroughly examined and tested for proper function. Should you have an issue please contact our service department.
We can only refund purchases made with a credit card to the credit card used for the purchase.
